This role will be heavily involved in coordinating structural and interior scopes while helping ensure safety, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.Reporting to the Superintendent, responsibilities include:Assist with daily field operations and coordination of assigned project scopesCoordinate subcontractors performing concrete, foundations, precast, roofing, drywall, metal stud framing, and office fit-out workMonitor production and help maintain project schedules and milestone targetsPromote and enforce site safety requirements and company standardsSupport quality control efforts and ensure work complies with plans and specificationsCoordinate site logistics, material deliveries, inspections, and trade partner activitiesMaintain daily reports, progress documentation, site photos, and project recordsAssist with punch list completion, turnover, and project closeout activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
