Assistant Superintendent - Denver

### 3. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day on-site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support the Superintendent in managing project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Monitor and inspect work for quality assurance and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address any issues or changes during the construction process.
• Work collaboratively to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
• Ensure a clean and organized job site at all times.
