Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations and ensure smooth coordination with all trade partners
  • Monitor site progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control
  • Support scheduling, workflow, and on‑site problem‑solving to keep projects on track
  • Communicate with project teams to ensure alignment on priorities and milestones
  • Assist in driving subcontractor performance and managing on‑site logistics

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-3 years of field construction experience, ideally with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent hands‑on experience fully considered
  • Federal project exposure a plus but not required
  • Ability to lead on‑site teams and operate independently when needed
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of working on large, fast‑paced project sites
