Job Description

Walk the job site alongside the Senior Superintendent to monitor progress and check in with subcontractors
Assist in managing and tracking the daily construction schedule
Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
Participate in daily stretch and safety meetings to promote worker health and injury prevention
Observe and support field operations, ensuring work is being completed per plans and specifications
Partner with the Superintendent to develop and execute daily and weekly work plans
Assist in building and maintaining a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure alignment between field and office operations
Maintain daily logs and upload progress photos in Procore
Communicate field changes and support documentation for change orders

The Successful Applicant

Ground up experience is a plus
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications required
1-5 years of experience as a construction project engineer or assistant superintendent
Ability to work with clients
Experience with preconstruction planning
Willingness to learn and grow in the space
