Job Description

  • Walk the job site alongside the Senior Superintendent to monitor progress and check in with subcontractors
  • Assist in managing and tracking the daily construction schedule
  • Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
  • Participate in daily stretch and safety meetings to promote worker health and injury prevention
  • Observe and support field operations, ensuring work is being completed per plans and specifications
  • Partner with the Superintendent to develop and execute daily and weekly work plans
  • Assist in building and maintaining a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
  • Coordinate with the project management team to ensure alignment between field and office operations
  • Maintain daily logs and upload progress photos in Procore
  • Communicate field changes and support documentation for change orders

The Successful Applicant

  • Ground up experience is a plus
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications required
  • 1-5 years of experience as a construction project engineer or assistant superintendent
  • Ability to work with clients
  • Experience with preconstruction planning
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the space
