Backed by significant development volume and a long-term growth strategy, the company offers employees stability, career progression, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:Assisting in the successful delivery of a ground-up multifamily development in Ashburn, VA.Partnering closely with the Senior Superintendent to manage daily field operations and project execution.Taking ownership of designated areas of construction including concrete, framing, MEP, drywall, interiors, and closeout activities.Coordinating subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.Monitoring project progress, track milestones, and supporting schedule management using industry-leading tools.Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.Facilitating communication between field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership.Supporting project turnover and transitioning to future developments upon project completion.Contributing to the successful delivery of an eight-story, mixed-structure multifamily development and future regional projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
