With an expanding pipeline of work, they offer excellent opportunities for career growth and advancement into leadership roles.Job Descriptionield Support & ExecutionAssist the Superintendent in managing daily jobsite operations from mobilization through completion.Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and field activities.Help ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.Scheduling & CoordinationAssist with maintaining short-term schedules and look-ahead plans.Track daily progress and help identify potential delays or conflicts.Coordinate trade sequencing to maintain efficient workflow.Quality ControlPerform site walks and assist with inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Identify deficiencies and help drive corrective actions.Support punch list and turnover activities.Safety ManagementPromote and uphold a safety-first jobsite culture.Assist in conducting safety meetings, audits, and site inspections.Ensure subcontractors follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.Documentation & CommunicationMaintain daily logs and jobsite reports.Track deliveries, materials, and equipment usage.Support communication between field teams, Project Managers, and subcontractors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
