Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare will:

  • Assist in coordinating daily field activities and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project schedules, safety, and quality standards.
  • Help maintain project documention and reporting.
  • Support project leadership in meeting deadlines and milestones.
  • Participate in site meetings and progress tracking.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and productive jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent - Healthcare should have:

  • 2-5 years of construction experience.
  • Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership experience preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Procore and industry-standard software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout Connecticut and commute to Hartford.
