Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Interiors Construction - Hartford will be responsible for:

  • Assist in overseeing daily job site operations
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
  • Monitor schedules and ensure project milestones are met
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment
  • Conduct quality control checks and site inspections
  • Maintain daily reports, site logs, and punch lists
  • Support communication between field and project management teams
  • Help resolve on-site issues and keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Superintendent - Interiors Construction - Hartford will ideally have:

  • 2-3+ years of construction field experience
  • Comfortable working on-site and travelling between projects
  • Retail or fast-paced commercial experience is a plus
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and utilise construction technology
  • Strong team player with a solid work ethic
