Job Description

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • Monitor safety compliance and ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Oversee project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure effective communication between all team members and address issues as they arise.
  • Manage materials, equipment, and resources to avoid project delays.
  • Assist with resolving any construction-related challenges or conflicts.
  • Ensure all work aligns with project blueprints, specifications, and local building codes.

The Successful Applicant
