This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its Nevada expansion.*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Assistant Super is responsible for:Assisting the Superintendent in managing day‑to‑day onsite operations for ground‑up multifamily developments.Coordinating and overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.Conducting daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.Communicating with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.Maintaining and updating daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.Assisting with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.Enforcing company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Supporting schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
