Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will:

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily on‑site construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors and field crews to maintain schedule and quality
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
  • Support inspections, punch lists, and close‑out activities
  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

The Successful Applicant

The Assistant Superintendent - Large-Scale Construction - NoVA will have:

  • 4+ years of experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience on projects valued at $60M+
  • Background in multifamily, student housing, mixed‑use, or similar markets
  • Strong understanding of field operations and construction sequencing
  • Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with large project teams
