Assistant Superintendent - Light Industrial Construction

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Review blueprints and construction plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports for project stakeholders.
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving any project-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes.
