Assistant Superintendent - Mixed-Commercial

• Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Collaborate with project managers to address any issues and maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
• Supervise subcontractors and onsite personnel to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or delays to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications to guide on-site activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
