Assistant Superintendent - Mixed Use Construction - NoVA

The Assistant Superintendent will:

• Assist with overseeing daily construction operations to ensure project milestones and schedules are achieved.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain project progress.
• Monitor jobsite safety and support enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and project documentation management.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders to proactively resolve field issues.
• Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and recommend solutions.
• Assist in managing subcontractor performance and field coordination activities.
• Support project leadership in maintaining schedule commitments and delivering successful outcomes.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to field personnel while fostering a collaborative team environment.
