As an Assistant Super in Leesburg, you will help coordinate construction work within the multifamily construction industry. You will work with the Construction department to keep daily site activities aligned with project plans and schedules.
  • Gas card - typically $400/month, but negotiable dependent on commute
  • Lucrative bonus potential - anywhere from $7K to $20K

My client is one of the mid-Atlantic's top general contractors specializing in multi-family and mixed use builds currently hiring for an assistant superintendent.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily construction site activities to support project schedules.
  • Track completed work and share progress updates with the Construction department.
  • Help organize site materials, equipment, and deliveries for planned work.
  • Review daily priorities with site teams and communicate changes clearly.
  • Monitor work areas and report issues that may affect planned activities.
  • Maintain clear site records, including daily activity and progress notes.
  • Work with project team members to address construction needs as they arise.

A successful Assistant Super should have:

  • Experience coordinating day-to-day construction site activities.
  • Experience tracking project progress and maintaining site documentation.
  • Ability to review work plans and communicate daily priorities.
  • Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and site deliveries.
  • Ability to identify site issues and share clear updates with project teams.
  • Experience working with construction teams to support planned work.
