Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily site operations across a large-scale multifamily project
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and scheduling
  • Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to timelines
  • Help enforce site safety and quality control standards
  • Participate in project meetings and reporting updates
  • Coordinate inspections and assist with project documentation
  • Track materials and deliveries to ensure workflow efficiency
  • Assist in project closeout and punch list completion

The Successful Applicant

What We're Looking For

  • 3-4+ years of construction experience
  • Recent multifamily project experience required
  • Experience on wood-frame, garden-style, or large residential builds preferred
  • Background with reputable GCs or developers in the Boston market
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be fully onsite
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Construction Management degree preferred but not required
