Job Description

  • Support day-to-day construction activities on ground-up multifamily developments
  • Track site progress, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive milestone completion
  • Assist with framing, quality control, turnover, and final punch-list operations
  • Maintain thorough project records, daily reports, and field documentation
  • Partner with project leaders to identify issues early and implement practical solutions

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:

  • Background as an Assistant Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
  • Experience on framing, turnover, or closeout phases of a project
  • Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
  • Decision-maker who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to accurate paperwork and daily logs
