Job Description

* Assist with daily field operations on multifamily construction projects valued between $10M-$40M

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work progresses according to schedule

* Support project documentation, daily logs, quality control, and site reporting

* Assist with framing, punch list completion, and project closeout activities

* Work closely with field leadership to solve problems and maintain project momentum

The Successful Applicant

* Experience as an Assistant Superintendent on commercial or multifamily projects

* Background in framing, punch-out, or wood-frame construction activities

* Strong communication skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable professionally

* Proven problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of issues

* Organized with strong documentation, scheduling, and daily reporting habits
