Backed by an exceptional reputation, cutting-edge construction practices, and a people-first culture, they continue to set the standard for quality, innovation, and project execution.Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to maintain project schedules.Monitor construction progress and help ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.Conduct jobsite inspections and support implementation of safety programs and OSHA compliance initiatives.Participate in project planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.Track and document project activities, punch lists, inspections, and completion milestones.Collaborate with project management teams to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.Support quality control efforts throughout all phases of construction.Help maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite environment.Assist in turnover activities and closeout processes to ensure successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant2+ years of construction experience, preferably in multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, senior living, or commercial construction.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite safety practices.Experience working with wood-frame construction preferred.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency with construction technology and project management software is a plus.Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow into a Superintendent role.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What's on OfferSalary range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually.Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.401(k) plan with matching contributions.Education assistance for continuing education degree programs.Access to a tremendous training program for professional development.Company-provided cell phone, laptop, and tablet.Interested?
