They are known for delivering high-quality residential communities and maintaining a growing pipeline of projects across multiple markets nationwide.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the successful delivery of a multifamily affordable housing project in the Chattanooga area.Job DescriptionCoordinate daily construction activities on multifamily, affordable housing, and mixed-use projects to keep work moving on site.Monitor subcontractor work and site conditions to help maintain project schedules and quality expectations.Review planned work with the construction team and communicate site needs so crews can complete assigned tasks.Track project progress and raise site issues promptly to support timely decisions.Maintain clear site records, including daily activity, deliveries, and completed work.Help coordinate materials, equipment, and site access to reduce interruptions to construction work.Follow project safety practices and address observed hazards to support a safe job site.Travel to future project locations as needed after the Chattanooga assignment.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
