Assistant Superintendent - Real Estate Developer

• Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction site activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes at all times.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in resolving delays or issues that arise on-site.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
• Assist in managing site resources and ensuring efficient use of labor and materials.
