Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

• Assist the Superintendent in managing all on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and clients.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation related to project activities.
• Assist in resolving any challenges or delays to keep the project on track.
