The Assistant Superintendent-Tampa-Construction will play a key role in overseeing on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position focuses on ground up construction projects.

  • Must have ground up commercial construction experience-tilt wall preferred.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Communicate progress updates and challenges to the Superintendent and project team.
  • Assist in managing project budgets and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, reports, and schedules.
  • Support the Superintendent in achieving project milestones and overall goals.
