Assistant Superintendent

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
• Assist in preparing daily reports and documentation related to site activities and progress.
• Communicate effectively with project managers to address any challenges or changes in project scope.
• Support the resolution of on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
