Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role, you will:

  • Assist with daily onsite supervision and coordination
  • Help manage subcontractor activities and trade sequencing
  • Support schedule tracking and jobsite logistics
  • Enforce safety policies and participate in safety meetings
  • Monitor workmanship and quality standards
  • Assist with inspections and punch list activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2-5+ years of field or construction experience
  • Exposure to commercial Building and Construction projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field and project teams
  • A proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
