Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role, you will:

  • Assist with daily onsite supervision and jobsite logistics
  • Help coordinate subcontractors and trade sequencing
  • Support schedule tracking and progress reporting
  • Enforce safety standards and participate in safety meetings
  • Monitor quality and workmanship against plans and specifications
  • Assist with inspections, punch lists, and closeout activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent candidate will bring:

  • 2-5+ years of construction or field experience
  • Exposure to commercial Building and Construction environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with field and project teams
  • Proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
