Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role you will:

  • Assist in managing daily on-site operations and ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Support the Superintendent in managing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure that all work meets the company's standards and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Assist in resolving any on-site challenges to maintain project progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of daily activities, progress reports, and change orders.
