Job Description

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will report directly to the Lead Superintendent and support day‑to‑day field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

  • Assist with daily onsite activities for ground‑up multifamily projects (70-80 units)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and trade sequencing
  • Help maintain and update construction schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools
  • Support enforcement of jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Participate in site meetings, documentation, and reporting
  • Track punch list items and assist with commissioning and close‑out
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions‑focused jobsite culture

The Successful Applicant

For the Assistant Superintendent role, we are seeking:

  • Experience supporting field operations on multifamily or residential construction projects
  • Exposure to ground‑up construction preferred
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software
