Assistant Superintendent

• Assist in overseeing daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor site safety and compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Support the Superintendent in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and plans.
• Provide solutions to on-site challenges and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
