Assistant Superintendent

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure construction projects progress as planned.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor job site safety to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for internal and client review.
• Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders effectively.
• Support the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
