Seeking an Assistant Superintendent to work in tandem with the General Superintendent lead on-site execution for multifamily, commercial, education, and office ground up and TI construction projects. You will be working on managing your own projects and really getting the hands on experience on what it's like to truly run a project from start to finish as a Superintendent.

Job Description

  • Work directly with the COO and General Superintendent in spearheading field operations
  • Opportunity to start on smaller projects to get exposure to leading a project on your own
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce project schedules
  • Quality Control and Safety Management
  • Manage subcontractors and self perform crews

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of general construction experience
  • Medical, Commercial, Municipal, Multifamily, K-12 ground up/renovation experience
  • Familiarity with construction software - Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
  • Family and Team oriented
  • Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
