Job Description

  • Advise clients on antitrust and competition laws, regulations, and compliance strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address antitrust and competition issues.
  • Represent clients in antitrust investigations and litigation proceedings.
  • Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in antitrust and competition law.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal support.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
  • Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition laws and regulations.
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
