Our client offers exposure to senior stakeholders, ownership of major industry conferences, global travel opportunities, and the chance to be part of a respected, high-performing organization with a collaborative culture.Job DescriptionOwn and manage participation in 100+ industry conferences, sponsorship's, and events globally.Oversee all phases of event planning, including logistics, vendor management, registrations, budgeting, and onsite execution.Serve as the primary point of contact for conference organizers, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure all sponsorship deliverables are executed on time and at a high standard.Partner closely with senior business leaders to support regional and firm wide event priorities.Manage conference budgets, track expenses, process invoices, and maintain accurate reporting.Coordinate event branding, marketing materials, speaker participation, meeting schedules, and hospitality arrangements.Maintain conference calendars and project trackers while managing multiple events at varying stages simultaneously.Support flagship industry events and provide onsite assistance when needed.Ensure all events comply with internal approval processes, deadlines, and company policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Associate, Conference Sponsorship Manager should have:6-8+ years of experience in events, conference sponsorship's, project management, or marketing.Experience managing multiple large-scale events and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong sponsorship, vendor management, and contract negotiation experience.Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.Experience managing event budgets, invoices, and expense tracking.Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience within financial services or another professional services environment preferred.A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus potential.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement offerings.Opportunity to own high-profile conferences and sponsorship's on a global scale.Exposure to senior business leaders and key decision-makers across the organization.Collaborative, high-performing team with strong opportunities for professional growth.Hybrid work schedule in New York with international and domestic travel opportunities.Interested?
