Job Description

  • Advise clients on complex debt finance transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support client needs.
  • Provide legal analysis and recommendations on financing structures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all transactions.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to client pitches and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in debt finance.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:
