Job Description

  • Advise clients on corporate matters, including emerging companies and growth-related transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements, such as financing and equity documents.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting clients in the professional services sector.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal services.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings.

The Successful Applicant
