Job Description

  • Deliver expert legal advice and counsel to clients within the professional services sector.
  • Conduct legal research and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal issues to provide clear recommendations.
  • Support litigation processes, including preparing case materials and representing clients as needed.
  • Keep updated on legal developments and industry trends to advise clients proactively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the state of New York.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with laws and regulations applicable to the professional services industry.
