Job Description

  • Analyzing property-level and portfolio-level financial performance
  • Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with business plans, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Coordinating with property management teams, lenders, and business partners to implement strategies that improve asset performance and reduce risk
  • Conducting market research and supporting investment recommendations
  • Assisting with transaction activities, including refinancings and dispositions
  • Supporting long-term asset value creation initiatives across multifamily real estate investments

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data for real estate assets
  • Experience or coursework in investments and asset management, particularly within real estate or multifamily properties
  • Solid foundation in finance, including cash flow modeling, budgeting, and financial statement analysis
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced coursework or certifications in real estate or investment analysis are a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Familiarity with real estate or asset management software is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a hybrid environment
  • Demonstrated interest in multifamily real estate and asset value optimization
