With a strong pipeline and collaborative culture, the company offers exposure to high-quality investments and direct interaction with senior leadership.Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Asset Management Associate will report into senior leadership and play a key role in overseeing a diverse real estate portfolio.Conduct detailed financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, and asset valuationsPartner closely with third-party property management teams and operating partners to execute business plans and drive performanceMonitor asset performance and identify value-add opportunities across leasing, capital improvements, and repositioning strategiesMaintain and update financial models, including cash flow projections and scenario analysisPerform market research and competitive analysis to support leasing and pricing strategiesDevelop and track key performance indicators to enhance accountability and portfolio performanceCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize capital structures and support asset dispositionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
