Asst. Superintendent - Distribution Center Construction

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progression.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations on the job site.
• Assist with scheduling and planning to align with project milestones.
• Address and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Communicate project updates effectively with the project manager and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.
• Support the management of project budgets and resources efficiently.
