A strong emphasis is placed on quality, efficiency, and long-term customer partnerships.Job DescriptionLead automation and process improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities.Design and implement scalable automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity.Manage full project lifecycle including installation, programming, testing, and commissioning.Partner with site leadership to define project scope, timelines, and success metrics.Provide hands-on technical support during installation and ramp-up phases.Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues on-site.Drive standardization of automation systems across sites.Identify and recommend new tools, technologies, and process improvements.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.Travel regularly to support project execution (approximately 50%+).MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
