Job Description

  • Conduct compliance monitoring and testing to assess adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify and report compliance risks and gaps, recommending actionable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain testing methodologies and procedures to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve compliance processes and controls.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of testing outcomes for senior management.
  • Stay current with regulatory updates and ensure alignment with applicable laws.
  • Support the Risk & Compliance department in implementing new compliance initiatives.

A successful AVP Compliance Testing should have:

  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with monitoring and testing controls and processes.
  • Ability to identify compliance risks and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
