We are seeking an AVP, Program Governance Analyst to support enterprise portfolio reporting, governance oversight, and PMO processes across strategic initiatives. This individual will partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, drive adherence to governance standards, and deliver portfolio insights to leadership.

Job Description

  • Produce, maintain, and enhance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc portfolio reporting across strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.
  • Monitor project governance compliance by reviewing project documentation, milestones, deliverables, and adherence to established PMO standards, templates, and procedures.
  • Partner with project managers and business stakeholders to collect reporting inputs, resolve data quality issues, and ensure timely and accurate status updates.
  • Support portfolio oversight activities, including tracking program progress, identifying reporting gaps, and preparing materials for governance reviews and executive reporting.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies, reporting tools, governance processes, training materials, and standards documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO, Project Management, Program Governance, or Business Analyst capacity supporting large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to consolidate data from multiple sources and generate meaningful insights for leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate across multiple business functions and levels of the organization.
