Acting as the dedicated HR Business Partner for the facility, this individual will oversee all aspects of human resources, playing a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace. The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on HR experience supporting hourly workforces, either within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments such as retail, distribution, or hospitality.This position is fully onsite in Suffolk County, NY.
