The Senior HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting key HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives. We are exclusively partnered with a renowned worldwide organization in San Diego to support the search for an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will serve as a forward‑facing partner to the business, primarily supporting a corporate employee population of 300 employees in a fast‑paced environment.

The Human Resources Generalist is an exciting opportunity to lead all day-to-day HR activities across office and field operations. Key responsibilities include payroll, recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, compliance, employee relations, and offboarding. This role works closely with company leadership to drive employee engagement and support business growth, while also assisting with general administrative and operational needs.

This isn't a traditional generalist role - this is a highly visible position where you'd serve as the go-to HR partner for about 300 employees across corporate, engineering, and production. The focus is on employee relations, performance management, and coaching leaders - really shaping how managers engage and develop their teams.

This position is five days a week on-site in Hackettstown, NJ.

Compensation ranges from $90k-$110k depending on candidate's experience.
