Job Description

* Supervise the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of collections activity
* Manage a portfolio of accounts and reduce aged debt
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
* Resolve escalated collection issues and payment disputes
* Monitor receivables and collection performance metrics
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members
* Manage workloads and resource allocation
* Drive process improvements and automation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Current or former Collections Supervisor, Collections Manager, or Team Lead with direct people leadership experience, strong collections expertise, and a track record of partnering effectively with stakeholders in a global business environment.* Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to drive accountability and performance
* Strong operational collections expertise
* Experience working within complex or matrixed organizations preferred
* Continuous improvement mindset with interest in technology and automation
