Job Description

  • Lead daily field operations on bridge and structures projects
  • Direct crews, subcontractors, and equipment resources.
  • Monitor quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
  • Enforce company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project management teams and clients.
  • Resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent or Foreman experience within heavy civil construction.
  • Strong bridge, concrete, structures, or DOT project background.
  • Proven ability to lead field crews and manage production goals.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Safety-focused mindset and commitment to quality.
