Job Description

  • Assist in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Track project budgets, contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Support scheduling efforts and monitor project milestones
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Participate in client, architect, and subcontractor meetings
  • Help maintain project reporting and communication between field and office teams
  • Assist with project closeout and turnover procedures

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction experience in a APM with prior expereince working with a GC.
  • Experience with ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
