Job Description

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project success
  • Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates
  • Monitor project financials, forecasting, and cost reporting
  • Drive project execution from preconstruction through final turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Broad commercial construction experience across multiple project types
  • Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects
  • Strong financial management, scheduling, and contract administration skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Construction Management or related degree preferred
