Job Description

  • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and ERP system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP solutions.
  • Configure, test, and implement ERP systems to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation for ERP configurations, processes, and updates.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate ERP systems with other tools and platforms.
