Job Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day business operations and support senior leadership priorities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management materials for key stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and action items across multiple initiatives.
  • Analyze data and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Manage communications and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Support calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with planning and execution of team and client events.
  • Proactively identify issues and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Coordinator should have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a business coordination, executive support, or business operations role.
  • Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating executive-ready presentations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships and adapt to different personalities and working styles.
  • Experience within financial services or a corporate environment is preferred.
  • Professional, polished, and highly adaptable with a strong sense of urgency.
